You’ve Seen It Too, Haven’t You?
- Teams that stall when they should fly
- Smart people wasting energy in meetings that go nowhere
- Decisions made too high, too late, by people too far from the problem
I’ve been there too. And I couldn’t look away.
What I Noticed
- When strategy fails, hierarchy grows
- When trust breaks, silence wins
- When collaboration fades, the work stops feeling worth it
And yet—empathy, camaraderie, and creative joy are still treated as extras.
I believe they are the engine.
My story
With a background in Startups, Product Management, and Game design of social games, I have had great positions from which to observe how companies work.
I see companies as products that should be designed for great experiences for the people in them.
I know how to generate great experiences through organisational design – I used that to create many successful social games and help lay the foundation for Nordic LARPS.
What bugged me for years was that those same structures I used to generate conflict, discomfort, and rebellion, I saw replicated in real companies.
Now I’m on a mission to redesign the operationg system of companies so that teams can be efficient and fun for the people in them and around them
Who I Work With
I work with team leads, founders, and heads of product in growing companies—usually when the work has started to feel heavier than it should.
Together, we map the friction, reset how the team collaborates, and build momentum from the inside out.
If that sounds like your team, let’s talk.
No pitch. Just real talk about how your team works today.
